Quay walls, berths, dredging and offshore support across the Irish and Celtic seas. Thirty years of marine civils, delivered on tidal windows that do not move.

We self-perform the marine work rather than subcontracting the difficult half of it. That is why our programmes hold their dates.
Combined walls, tubular piles, capping beams and fendering. New berths, and strengthening of existing quay walls to take heavier vessels.
Capital and maintenance dredging, bed levelling and licensed disposal at sea. Survey, consent and disposal all handled in-house.
Bulk, breakbulk and project cargo. Quay cranes to 120t, 14 hectares of hardstanding, bonded warehousing and rail sidings.
Construction and O&M bases, marshalling yards, monopile handling and crew transfer berths for the Irish Sea arrays.
Multibeam bathymetry, side-scan, sub-bottom profiling and geotechnical boreholes. Our own survey vessel, mobilised on request.
We run terminals, not just build them. Gate, weighbridge, vessel planning and line handling under a single operating contract.
Every programme is built around the windows the sea allows. That means we sequence the work, not the paperwork.
Hydrographic survey, ground investigation and benthic sampling up front, so the design is built on what is actually on the seabed.
Piles, precast units and steelwork are fabricated in our own yard. Time on the water is the expensive part, so we spend as little of it as possible.
Plant is mobilised for the tidal window and demobilised when it closes. Weather standby is forecast, costed and reported openly.
Working on and over water removes the margin for improvisation. The controls below are conditions of us taking the job.
Typically between €2m and €80m of marine and port works, as principal contractor. We also take framework maintenance dredging and terminal operations contracts that run for several years. Below that range we will usually point you at a specialist who can do it better than we can.
Yes. Two backhoe dredgers, a cutter suction dredger, 180t and 120t crawler cranes, spud-leg barges, a survey vessel and our own piling spreads. Owning the plant is what allows us to commit to a tidal window instead of hoping a subcontractor is free.
Weather and tidal standby are forecast, measured and reported weekly against the programme. We carry a weather window allowance in the price rather than treating it as a variation, and we publish the actual downtime so the client can see where the time went.
Ireland and the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. We hold foreshore leases, marine licences and waste facility permits in both jurisdictions, and we are registered for VAT and construction industry schemes on both sides.
Yes, and about a third of our revenue comes from operations rather than construction. We run gate, weighbridge, vessel planning, line handling and stevedoring under a single contract, which is often what a port authority actually needs.
Commercial enquiries go to our projects team through the contact page. Existing suppliers should use the supplier portal for purchase orders, delivery notes and invoice submission. New suppliers can register on the same portal and we will review the submission within ten working days.
Send us the scope and the tidal constraints. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
